our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time
 All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment
confirmation.
 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next
working day.
 In case of delays due to high order volumes, stock availability, or unforeseen
circumstances, customers will be informed via email or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Partners
We ship orders across India through trusted courier partners such as:
 Delhivery
 DTDC
 India Post
 Other regional courier partners based on service availability
The courier partner assigned to your order depends on your delivery location,
serviceability, and delivery speed.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
 Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
 Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
 Remote Locations: 7–14 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather
conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Express Delivery (Optional)
Express shipping may be available for urgent orders depending on courier
availability in your area.

 Additional charges may apply.
 Customers requesting express delivery should contact our support team
immediately after placing the order.
 Express delivery timelines are not guaranteed and remain subject to courier
operations.

4. Shipping Charges
 We offer free shipping for orders delivered within Kerala.
 For orders outside Kerala, shipping charges will be calculated based on the
delivery location and displayed during checkout before payment..
 Cash on Delivery (COD) not available.

5. Order Tracking
 Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or
WhatsApp.
 Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details including full address,
phone number, and pin code.
Elohi will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
 Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
 Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
 Multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier partner
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address:
 Re-shipping charges may apply.
 Cancellation or refund may not be possible after dispatch.

7. International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected countries.
 Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary depending on destination.

 Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges
applicable in their country.
For international shipping assistance, please contact our support team.

8. Delivery Delays
Elohi is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including
but not limited to:
 Weather disruptions
 Natural disasters
 Courier operational delays
 Public holidays
 Strikes or transportation issues
 Customs clearance procedures
While we will assist in tracking your shipment, we cannot guarantee exact delivery
dates.

9. Damaged or Tampered Package
If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:
 Please record an unboxing video from start to finish without cuts or edits.
 Do not remove tags, labels, or original packaging.
 Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and video proof.
This helps us process replacement or damage claims smoothly.

10. Change of Shipping Address
 Shipping address changes are allowed only before the order is dispatched.
 Once shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
