purchase of products from Elohi. By accessing our website and/or placing an order,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth
herein.

1. Nature of Products
All products marketed and sold by Elohi are imitation/fashion jewellery, unless
explicitly stated otherwise.
The products are manufactured using non-precious materials including, but not
limited to, alloy metals, artificial stones, beads, pearls, plating materials, and
decorative components. Under no circumstances shall such products be construed
as fine jewellery made of gold, silver, platinum, or certified precious gemstones,
unless expressly mentioned in writing.

2. Product Representation
Elohi endeavors to present product images and descriptions as accurately as
possible. However, the Company does not warrant that product representations are
entirely error-free or identical to the actual product.
Variations may occur due to differences in lighting, photography, display settings,
and the handcrafted nature of certain items. Such variations, including minor
imperfections, shall not be construed as defects.

3. Jewellery Care and Usage
Customers acknowledge that imitation jewellery requires appropriate care to
maintain its condition and longevity.
Accordingly, customers are advised to:
 Avoid contact with water, perfumes, sweat, chemicals, and moisture;
 Store products in dry and safe conditions after use;
 Refrain from subjecting products to bending, impact, or rough handling.
Any deterioration including tarnishing, discoloration, fading of plating, or loosening of
stones resulting from usage or environmental exposure shall be deemed normal
wear and tear and not a manufacturing defect.

4. Allergy and Sensitivity Disclaimer
Certain products may contain alloy materials or coatings that may cause allergic
reactions or skin sensitivity in some individuals.
Elohi expressly disclaims any liability for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or other
health-related conditions arising from the use of its products. Customers with known
sensitivities are advised to exercise discretion prior to purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elohi shall not be held liable for
any:
 Misuse or improper handling of products;
 Damage occurring after delivery;
 Normal wear and tear;
 Delays caused by third-party logistics providers;
 Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or
inability to use the products or website.
In all circumstances, the total liability of Elohi, if any, shall be strictly limited to the
actual purchase value of the product concerned.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on this website, including but not limited to brand name, logo,
product designs, images, text, graphics, and marketing materials, is the exclusive
intellectual property of Elohi.
No part of the website or its content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or
exploited in any form without prior written consent from Elohi.

7. Pricing, Availability & Order Rights
All prices, product availability, and promotional offers are subject to change without
prior notice.
Elohi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order in
cases including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or
stock unavailability.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Notice shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or purchase
of products shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala,
India.
